They let the Canadian guy on 30 Rock again! A few episodes ago, the new cast member made a meta joke about how he hadn't been seen much since being introduced this season.
The other night he showed up again, watching sports with Jack and calling players hosers. He referenced Canadian basketball star Steve Nash. And was Liz Lemon's make-out buddy! I'll forgive his not actually being Canadian, but only because he looks so cute in a CHiPs uniform .

Are you being sarcastic? Canadians have a hard time recognizing sarcasm. We don't have a large Jewish population.
